I am Louise Alcorn. This is my first CIL, though I've been asking to go for years. I'm the Reference Technology Librarian and webmistress for a midwest suburban library. I also blog at The Librarian's Rant and am a sometime author, though so far my books have all been for that other library publisher. I'm sure Rachel will try to talk me over to the light, however, during the conference. As I may never get a chance to come again, I'm going whole hog (it's an Iowa thing), doing both pre- and post-conferences. Below is my oft-changing schedule:
Saturday, April 14th
- Fly in from Iowa, spend time with aunt and uncle (latter worked at LOC, so should be interesting).
- Attempt to find my roommate and/or hotel room
